Being as how i'very seldom used the panels, I'm not entirely sure if have and wires, but think they're all there. I'm selling a group of panels and charger that I don't use enough to warrant keeping. I have used the Sherpa50 to charge my phone and panels been used 'maybe' 5 times. I don't have the AC charging unit for sherpa anymore, but everything works fine.
